3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Epic Mania reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or security concerns.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR and inclusive of relevant taxes.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options where available.
  • Incorrect pricing due to system errors may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, operational issues, or courier limitations.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or failed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible items.
  • Refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • If an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refusal to accept parcel without reason may result in blacklisting.

8. Unclaimed Returns

  • Unclaimed or unresponsive returns are held for 1 month.
  • After 1 month, Epic Mania may:
    • Sell as scrap
    • Deduct storage or operational expenses
    • Donate remaining value to charity

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is kept secure and confidential.
  • We do not sell or misuse your information.

10. Intellectual Property
