Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
• You can cancel by logging into your account or contacting support.
• Refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 working days.

Unclaimed Returns

If a customer is unresponsive, all unclaimed returns are held for 1 month.

After 1 month, Epic Mania may:

• Sell the product as scrap
• Deduct operational or storage expenses
• Donate any remaining value to charity

Incomplete Return Details

If a return is received with missing information or incomplete details, the item will be held for 1 month.

After 1 month, the same actions mentioned above will apply.
